Background
I've been in the restaurant world since I was 15, starting as a host at East Side Mario's. In 2017, I founded Nimble Bar Co—a bartending school that became my real-world marketing laboratory.
That hands-on experience led me to create Guest Getter, where I've built the Restaurant Growth OS—a complete system for predictable guest acquisition and retention.
I'm a member of Restaurants Canada and ORHMA, and host the Guest Getter Podcast where I talk with restaurant operators about what actually works.
